Details:长城类别：关堡 经纬高度：东经：113° 26′ 北纬：39° 14′ 海拔：1133 总体情况：下双井堡平面呈椭圆形，其南北62米，东西86米，占地面积4300平方米，其周长232米。该堡外墙均由石、砖包砌，现已不存，只留痕迹。墙体由黄色粘土经夯打而成，夯土层厚0.2－0.22米之间，现存堡墙基宽2.6－3.2米，顶宽0.4－0.8米，现存最高处为6.6米，最低1米。墙体坍塌严重，受自然灾害损毁严重，墙体参差不齐。堡东壁开有一门，位于东壁墙正中，宽2.3米，高2.2米，进深3.2米，其结构损毁不清，现堡内为农田耕地，种植玉米、土豆等。 附近遗存：北距净林烽火台3千米。
