Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：116° 19′ 北纬：41° 23′ 海拔：1106 建筑形式：烽火台位于承德市丰宁县窟窿山乡窟窿山村西300米北沟沟口东侧半山腰处，此处地形为两山夹一沟。西侧山下种植农作物，西侧100米有南北向季节河，地表长满杂草。烽火台东依窟窿山障城。西约300米为丰宁通往沽源县的公路。 烽火台呈圆锥形，为黄褐土夯筑而成，夯层0.10米～0.15米，顶直径5米，底直径12米，南高8米，北高10米。结构紧密坚硬，包含碎石块。不清 材料：黄土 附近遗存：西北约0.9千米为窟窿山4号烽火台，东依窟窿山障城，西南约2.0千米为冒哈气烽火台。
