Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：116° 40′ 北纬：41° 25′ 海拔：890 建筑形式：烽火台位于承德市丰宁县黄旗镇小河村东南约1.5千米的一处叫疙瘩山的山梁之上，西距111国道约600米，西200米为大唐多丰铁路（正在建设中）。东依农田。南有山杏树。西南有7座现代坟墓，墓地有五株白杨树。 烽火台黄土夯筑，形制较大，保存较好。台体已坍塌成圜丘状，顶平，顶东西5米，南北4.50米。底东西16米，南北18米，存高4米。南侧有长方形盗洞，现已回填。站在烽火台上向东可望见南沟门东、西烽火台。 标本：夹砂红陶片、泥质灰陶片、细泥灰陶器物口沿。、细泥灰陶器物口沿。不清 材料：黄土 附近遗存：西南约1.8千米为碾子沟梁烽火台。北约1.2千米为城山梁古城址。
