Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：117° 58′ 北纬：41° 09′ 海拔：494 建筑形式：烽火台位于承德县头沟镇头块地村北500米山梁之上。烽火台所在山梁东侧50米为通往隆化县的公路，东约100米有铁矿厂。山梁两侧200米下为南北季节河流，向西为隆化县中关镇，烽火台东侧现在修建联通信号铁塔。烽火台位置原有建国初期飞机航标。 烽火台为黄土夯筑，形制较大，保存一般，呈圆锥形，已坍塌成圜丘状，顶平。结构紧密坚硬，烽火台中间下凹，顶南北3米，东西6米，底南北8米，东西15米，残高0.5米-2米。表面长满杂草，地处山梁上，灌木丛生。 标本：泥质灰陶绳纹器物残片，夹蚌红陶片，素面灰陶片，灰陶器物残片。圆柱形夯土实心台 材料：黄土 附近遗存：西北约3.4千米为隆化转山子烽火台。东南约1.5千米为双庙北烽火台。
